Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ColorAI mobile application operated by Appusta ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using ColorAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ColorAI is an AI-powered personal color analysis application that analyzes photos to determine your seasonal color type and provides personalized style recommendations. The App offers both free and premium (ColorAI Pro) subscription tiers.
ColorAI's analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional styling or medical advice. Results may vary based on lighting, photo quality, and other factors outside our control.
Free tier: ColorAI includes one complimentary AI color analysis at no charge.
ColorAI Pro: A subscription that unlocks unlimited color analyses and additional premium features. Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
Restore Purchases: Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App to recover an existing subscription.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Appusta and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appusta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including reliance on analysis results.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
