ColorAI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the ColorAI mobile application ("App").
Photos you provide: When you use the color analysis feature, you voluntarily provide face, neck, or wrist photos. These images are transmitted to our secure backend solely to perform AI-powered seasonal color analysis and are not stored on our servers after processing.
Analysis results: The results of your color analysis (season type, color palette, style recommendations) are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
Purchase information: If you subscribe to ColorAI Pro, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store). We receive only non-identifiable subscription status data via our in-app purchase provider (Adapty). We do not collect or store your payment details.
Usage data: We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or behavioral tracking data beyond what Apple provides through standard App Store analytics (aggregated and anonymized).
OpenAI: Photos you submit are processed by OpenAI's Vision API to generate color analysis. Images are sent over encrypted HTTPS and are not retained by OpenAI beyond the API request per their data usage policies. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Adapty: We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions. Adapty may collect anonymized device identifiers for subscription tracking. See Adapty's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare: Our backend runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP address, timestamps) as part of its infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Photos submitted for analysis are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after the request completes. Analysis results live only on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.
ColorAI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately.
Because we do not maintain a server-side database of personal data, there is no profile to delete on our end. Your analysis data exists solely on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
All communications between the App and our backend are encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. We follow industry best practices to protect data in transit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
